Cheesy Potato Casserole

Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients Needed:
 4 tbs melted butter
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Potatoes
***You can also choose to use bacon bits for a topping as well



Preheat oven to 350 degrees

-Spray a cooking dish (I use my 9x11 Pyrex dish) with cooking spray

-Pour 1/2 of the melted butter into dish and spread out evenly over the bottom

-Slice your potatoes (not too thin, not too thick) and lay the slices out in the dish
(It is OK if they overlap, you can even make layers if need be)

-Pour the remaining melted butter on top of potatoes

-Cook potatoes until tender
 (you will know they are done when they can easily be pierced with a fork)

-Top the potatoes with shredded cheese and grated Parmesan cheese 
(you can add bacon bits if you like as well)

-Cook until cheese is nice and melted
